Item Name Randomly Changing
I have 4 SKUs that the item keeps changing randomly. I changed an attribute in one item yesterday and saved again in an attempt to get the item name to update, and it worked. This morning two out of the four now have the wrong item name. This is super random and super frustrating! Has anyone had this issue and were you able to correct it?

I tried using support to help with this issue, and after entering the ASIN for one of my variations, I get "You are not qualified to change the Title. Please provide the suggested new product information, which will be communicated to the brand owner." WHAT? I am the brand owner! This is ridiculous! Does Amazon have a clue as to what is being sold on their site? I have NEVER had so many issues trying to sell a product on a site. Is there any other option to getting this resolved besides waiting forever and hope it finally fixes itself?

We had one of our best selling items taken down from infringement of its own brand name which not possible then when we open a case with Amazon it changes and now has changed 4 times so we gave up and gladly move sales elsewhere tired of this crrrap!

Amazon's dumb AI bot changes listing too! It creates a WRONG title, edits out important data, and then after the bot edits it all the attached variation get separated - therefore people now only see ONE variation of size and do not buy!!!! So if you pay for ads - that is money down the drain! This platform is terrible now - been here since 2010!!!!

Constant battle of this. Amazon bots. 304 and 316 are two different types of metal. Amazon bot decides because they are both 90 degree elbows they are a duplicate item of each other. They merge the listing without even asking. Sometimes it's the name but sometimes they merge my SKU's which is crazy to me. What's worse is they compare my 304 price to my 316 and fair pricing. Are you kidding me? I am a good 20% below anyone else because we manufacture these. At small sizes under 2 inches this isn't a big deal, I can just average the price on both and still easily win the buy box but when it gets to 4" inches or larger the price difference between 304 and 316 is large. The manufacturing cost differs by 30-60% at those sizes. I've had to get creative to list both at this point but the bots eventually figure it out. I have a US standard and US made ones I can't even list because of this. We manufacturer these in South Korea or Vietnam but even with the steel tariffs the US ones are nearly 3 times a expensive so I sell them on our website or Walmart only.

Hi @Seller_pumZsYQrBX3rE, I would like to take a look at your SKUs. Amazon takes multiple contributions to a listing into account when deciding what is shown on the product detail page. This might be affecting your SKUs. If it is incorrect, I may be able to help. Have you spoken with Seller Support? If so, I will take that case ID.
