FBA Rate Card - "per inc kg" ?

Hi

Looking at the FBA rate card, how are we supposed to calculate the shipping fee for the rates that say "0.01 per inc kg" ?

Or for example for Special oversized over 60KG is "0.37 per inc kg"

You would imagine its an additional charge per kg over the top tier weight.

So for 60kg plus - you'd be charged the top tier price for something between 50-60kg, but also charged for each kg over 60kg. I assume that they have included this as they work the price band based on EITHER the Weight or Dimensional Weight (whichever is higher).

Though there is no documentation anywhere that actually clarifies that!
