Anyone else experiencing products coming back, being put back into sellable inventory, and then reaching customers being in dirty/used condition? If you have experienced this, did you find a solution other than just opting out all ASINs?

Have you reported this issue ? I suggest you submit a case ID with Seller Support, any major escalation will need a case ID and this also documents this issue with your account.
