Daily Payment Reminders for Closed Account
About 2 years ago I opened then immediately closed an Amazon Seller Account after I discovered unauthorised charges on my credit card.
Since then I am getting DAILY emails saying there is a balance due and they are unable to charge my Credit Card. I purposely removed my card to prevent this happening.
How do I get this stopped?? Because the account is closed I am unable to access any of the (albeit useless) help pages

Presumably it’s just the initial £30 monthly pro plan selling fee ?!

You would have not been able to close it, as would not have been fully verified, and as above post, if you are able to post here on the forum then it is still active.
Presumably the charge was the £30 Professional plan fee ?, also they do take a small nominal charge to verify your bank account.
Have they been taking £30 a month since you first signed up ?

As stated I am unable to log into the account without attaching a valid credit card. I am not going to do this as I have no idea what they are trying to charge me.

You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account.

Well that shows that you’re on the individual plan so no need to downgrade that account although you may want to check all the other sites to confirm.
If you click amazon seller central in top left does that not take you to your homescreen with the balance on?

Can you check “payments” in Report tab? In the transaction view you should be able to see the amount charged for once or every month under subscription fees.

So I added a ‘virtual’ debit card with £1 to the account so I could regain access. There is a monthly charge of £30 recurring and £330 balance. This is not acceptable as the account was CLOSED. Furthermore access to any chat or help is BLOCKED as the account is suspended.
An impossible situation!
