Verified, Unverified, Verified, Unverified.. Literally.
I went through all the processes and was verified, upgraded to a Business Account and became unverified and then recieved an E-mail stating I was verified and another one right after saying I wasn't. Customer support has hung up on me multiple times. Can anyone please help me? I recently got a link for a photo and ID verification and completed it but the account health portal shows that I need to still submit something and I am not sure what they need or want seeing I submitted all the personal info I have. I've reached out to support and was hung up on twice (On hold for 2 hrs) then the 3rd call the representative could not hear me and hung up ( I was not muted and everyone else I call hears me fine) Then to top it all off I got a E-mail my issue was resolved by the rep. Super Confused and frustrated. I just want to start my new adventure.
