FBA Inbound Performance problem

Hey all,

Well, my unsolved issue is with Amazon FBA Inbound Teams.

I am sending my packages overseas so everytime I send a shipment to Amazon I calculate the weight of each different product so that I can distribute the expense (international shipping & placement fee) to every single product. And I do that since I started to sell on Amazon.

Well, it was my 153th shipment :) So I know how to prepare a shipment, labeling, handling, packaging etc. I am an engineer, I have 28 years of working experience so I know how to count :) I sent this 152th shipment, there are 117 units in the package, not 118 not 116... because we print out the labels according to shipment plan.

Amazon FBA Inbound Team, counted this package 187 units instead of 117 and now they are sending multiple "Additional quantities encountered" problems and this is killing my "Acceptable problem rate:".

I always open an investigation, dispute and they keep rejecting it. I have the weight of every single product I send. I calculate it. The box's weight is 20.7 kgs and I am sending the proof of my calculation and photo from UPS, and saying "if I would send 187 pcs the package should be 35.8 kgs"

I am attaching the picture taken by UPS, every items's weight calculation and dispute rejection.

I can fight with Amazon seller support when Amazon Inboard Team counted the package less then expected. Sending an invoice, proof of delivery, or working with a 3rd party company, eth.

But I can not prove Amazon that I didn't send extra products. Some of them are exactly double counted. How do you deal with it? Amazon don't accept my disputes.

Thanks,

Do you have the seller support case numbers for the investigations you requested? I would like to review the details to see how best I can support.
