Hi everyone,

I'm facing a recurring issue while trying to add my product under the Wall Art / Posters category on Amazon. Every time I try to submit the product (even after selecting all required attributes), I receive this error:

Error:

“print_media_type” is required but not supplied.

✔️ Details:

I'm uploading the product through the "Add a Product not listed on Amazon" method.

I have already selected all available attributes in the form (including material, size, etc.).

The system does not show any field named "print_media_type" anywhere in the listing form, even after I clicked “Choose all attributes” to make sure nothing is left out.

I even saved it as a draft and tried reloading, but the issue persists.

Material: Gloss Paper

❓ Request for Help:

Where can I find the "print_media_type" field?

Is this a backend mapping issue from Amazon’s side?

Is there a known workaround for this or should I try using the flat file method instead?

Any guidance from experienced sellers or Amazon support would be highly appreciated!
