Asking customers to edit reviews
A few months ago, I attended an Amazon official webinar for Account Health and they shared a slide presentation in which they recommended some wording sellers could use to get reviews removed. The wording was the following: "If you are satisfied that we´ve resolved your concerns, it is possible to update or remove your feedback you originally provided here". Can an Amazon rep confirm this? I attend to webinars to learn from best practices but I would like somebody from Amazon to confirm here too. Thanks!

No matter what you heard, it is not allowed to contact a buyer regarding product review. Not for any reason. The exception being through brand registry, and then just if Amazon has supplied a link -- and the message is generated by Amazon.
If you are talking about seller feedback rather than product review -- sellers are allowed to request buyer remove the feedback -- ONCE.
The language is wrong because buyers cannot edit or change feedback -- only remove.
