Buyer Rejected the order and placed the order again to reject it again. I have similar more buyers like these. Reporting order suspicious is totally a waste of time and efforts. Its the high time that Amazon should start imposing fee of 20rs to 50 rs to the buyer who rejects the orders and grant it to the sellers.
