My listings were hijacked and I'm kicked out of making changes in my own store
discussion. I have spent the last week trying to prove, on my own seller account and my own products, I am the Brand owner and Manufacturer. This information has been removed from my seller information on 3 out of 5 products.
I have not received any assistance except one was corrected. But now it's not listed on my storefront. I explained that I get an edit I am not the brand. They're telling me to change the node, after I keep saying I'm blocked from making changes.
My products were doing well after just starting August 2023, the best sellers are hijacked. I was told to start over, although it would impact me. I was told to show proof these are my products. Did the person who hijacked me have the same difficulty?
I am so frustrated. I am submitting cases and calling and being transferred and spending countless hours to gain custody of my Brand I started and access to my product pages has been the worse experience since I started a store.
But I have to pay the store front fees without question.
I thought Amazon would be more secure
I wish someone cared to help me get my store back and figure out how these hijackers are infiltrating the seller accounts.
It's not a fair practice to the small business sellers. Even if you take the time to sign up for Brand registry and trademark your product, from what I'm reading you're not protected and still have a fight on your hands. I don't see the incentive if I do decide to. It's more money spent and still unsecured.
There should be more awareness!!
I hope I'm able to get a resolution

Unfortunately, this is a very common occurrence. Amazon has rules in place to stop it, but there is always some new way to get through and hijack listings.
First off, never delete your listings because they were hijacked. Second, you need to work with brand registry and seller support to get this resolved. Third, I don't think your store front is active.
Check your store for any medical claims. I worked with supplements for years managing copy and you cannot use things like "Hormone Replacement Therapy" on a listing without FDA certification. Any claim of benefit has to be certified by the FDA. Chances are, your store was taken down for a different reason. The items are under 'health' so they are being categorized with consumable products. Seller U on this
The brand hijacking, Amazon has to fix it. Stay on them about it. If your trademark is not officially registered and still in 'pending' status with the US government this can be hard, but brand registry support would be the best route.

Hi there @Seller_dpE8qL9haLgKj
I appreciate you raising this to us here on the Forums. Have you opened a case with Seller Support on this issue? If so, please send me any case ID's you have so that I can begin investigating further to see where the hold up is.
