@Michelle_Amazon@SEAmod@Danny_Amazon Hi we've our listing since Jan2024 has been tagged as "Restricted Product" and we're aware that we're selling adult product. However, recently all of our listing has been tagged as "restricted products" and were removed from the catalogue.
We tried to appeal however, the agents from Restricted Product Team are not human although it has name on each response but they kept sending the same information and no direct response or instruction on how we can reinstate the listing.
You may see case ID 15937794561, 15974029821, 15934595971 and many more. We hope we can get someone in contact with the supervisor dept to resolve this issue. We already tried to follow the process of modifying the listing with full update and contacting catalogue team to confirm the changes in the listing. However, they still need to send the case to Restricted Product Team which auto reject everything this response only:
We received your submission and after careful review we have determined that your ASINs do not meet the criteria for reinstatement.

After reviewing your provided information, I can confirm at this time that these ASINS will not be eligible for reactivate due to the serious situations surrounding images that did not meet our requirements. Although listed as an adult product, we have very specific guidelines when it comes to images of adult content. This decision was made by the teams responsible for maintaining these listings.
Explicit sexual imagery is strictly prohibited from sale or listings
- Amazon strictly prohibits any listing or product detail page images which feature explicit sexual imagery (including using censorship bars or blurring). This includes but is not limited to: Sexual wellness products, posters, drawings, artwork, T-shirts, sculptures or figurines.
- Graphic sexual images or nudity: Products that show or sell explicit sexual imagery, including but not limited to: the exhibition of genitalia or the pubic area, oral copulation, vaginal or anal intercourse, penetration with an object, sexual touching of genitals with hands and/or other body parts or objects, imminent sexual act with visible genitalia, display or depictions of sexual fluids.
Due to the nature of the situation I cannot guarantee they will be eligible for reactivation at this time. The only possibly path if eligible would be to update your product details and images to comply with our adult products policies to reflect compliance. Please keep in mind that as mentioned here, I cannot guarantee these ASIN's will be eligible for reactivation.
