Need not worry much on the Drop of Sales, after any Big Sale Event the Sales tends to fall.
Sales Should Pick Up Gradually, Incase still low
Check the Page views % and conversions Comparisions. In case the visibility is low, you may need to activate promotions.

its all due to delay in service by the Amazon they give the priority to prime seller that is why our packet is delay in shipping and one more reason is Blinkit / Swingy /Zepto

I am delivering 100+ orders before Diwali but now getting 20-30 orders due to this facing too much loss. Amazon is not giving priority to their old seller now they are giving more priority to new sellers that old. I am spending 8k on Ads daily but getting only this much of orders daily.
