Suddenly I need brand approval that I have had for two years? Please HELP!
I received email from Amazon that they "implemented new brand approval requirements" for the brand I sell. I've been approved to list under the brand since Nov 2021 and appoved to sell under the brand since Nov. 2022. I had a bogus Cust Auth complaint from a cust who scammed me to get a free item when I accidentally shipped him the one wrong item, I let him keep it, and one correct. The he turns around and files two CA complaints on the two items after I shipped the correct item. I was waiting on a clear invoice from my distrib before I could respon, last night, and got the email today, 2.5 days post complaint. I responded to the email today and sent my application in. Within seconds it was rejected. WHY?! Again, this is an invoice from Mexico, it is completely legitimate AND I have a LOA which I attached. I also attached a screenshot showing I was already brand approved. Please HELP... I am so frustrated. There are tons of other Mexico sellers here why am I having such a hard time?

You have a LOA from who? A brand can remove eligibility whenever they want.
Amazon takes authenticity complaints very seriously.

@Cooper_Amazon New Case ID 14216860771 I received the email today, November 2nd, with an approval deadline of today, November 2nd, or all my listings would be removed. The expected decision date is November 9th. I have inventory in and in process to FBA and hundreds of listings. Any help you can offer would be so greatly appreciated.

@Cooper_Amazon My buyer now wishes to rescind his authenticity complaints. I have message from him stating so. Can he do that now that they are no longer showing on my account health?

It is true that Amazon can require re-approval for certain products, categories, or brands. I show that our team sent you an update earlier today confirming what documentation is outstanding in order to regain approval to sell this brand. Have you had a chance to review that message from Case 14216860771?
