FBA dimensions

Hello,

I am preparing my first FBA shipment and I want to send in posters. My poster is 16x24 Inches.

I am not sure how I should write this down in the box they have provided: Should I write the Length first then the width and then the height? What height would I use for a flat paper poster? Is this dimension for the final product (poster) or the outside packaging? Sorry for the silly questions.

It does not matter what you write first.

But you have to put something for the thickness. See the lowest number that the system will allow you to save and continue. Probably one inch. You should first try 0.5 and see if it is accepted.

One more update: I tried to figure it out and added this. But now it is giving me a warning that one data is out of standard range. And wont let me go to the next step.

Greetings @Seller_G4RGoGJMvkb8F,

Are you trying to provide the packing dimensions or the product dimensions? These are two different attributes. Packaging Dimensions are determined by how the product is packed (i.e. the product in its packaging) while product dimensions reflect the size of the actual unit when unfurled.

You will want to ensure that you are providing correct packaging dimensions to ensure that information aligns with how Amazon determines weights and dimensions for FBA.

If you are having issue please feel free to reach out with your most recent Seller Support case I can see what options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
