Customer return wrong item and request full refund what should i need to do?

I Sell stuff on AMZ about 2 - 3 years now. but i do spent alot money on inventory and after fees and shipping cost should get around 10 - -20% profit. but i do got a lot customer return wrong item how can i stop ship item to what state i don't want to shop and what should i need to do with that kind of customer they returned broke item not matching orginal item sent out and request full refund?

@Seller_onFPsBwEya2FA Hello there! I wanted to flag to you the Returns Settings Seller University video for you to ensure you have the return/refund settings on your account that best suit your needs.
If there are situations where a Seller is returning the wrong item and still receiving a refund, you can submit a SAFE-T Reimbursement claim (Link for seller-fulfilled orders reimbursement as well).'
