Money at Account Reserve for months

Hello,

I'd like to know why all my money is at the account reserve for more than two months. I've opened two cases 14708705701 and 14774853311 and no one answered me. I need the money to buy more inventory, so I need to solve this issue as fast as possible.

Thank you.

Hello @Seller_LJ3NCP1wXW8YR,

Thank you for your post. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Thank you for providing your case IDs, I will review these and respond back shortly with next steps.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Cheers,

Micah
