You can't withdraw funds from a deactivated account. Post the notice you received.

Why was your account deactivated?
If it was any sort of IP complaint, or related to dropshipping, it's unlikely that you will ever see your funds unless you resolve the complaint.
Post your suspension notice so that others can offer some meaningful help.
