We have been continuously charged for the past two months, amounting to several lakhs, for Business Support Services (Amazon Business Advisory), which we never opted for in the first place. We have not been contacted by anyone regarding these services, nor have we engaged any third party to avail them. Despite our efforts to reach out to Amazon via email, we have not received any assistance. We are unsure how to stop these fraudulent charges and urgently need guidance on resolving this issue. Amazon seller support is of no help.
