I have a FBA shipment which is scheduled for delivery at DEL5, when logistics reached there , the fc staff sidelined the shipment saying that 5 asins title is not matching. What exactly does that mean. How can i find that out , Also when I called seller central help, they said you should get in touch with your vendor manager or ISM, I don’t have a clue who is my Vendor manager and ISM. How do I find out about my Vendor manager and ISM. and how do i find this title mismatch thing.
