Coupon Error - Advertising
Facing below error while creating coupon on my all ASIN's.
I am really surprised, if i am not getting sales on my ASIN, that is why i am offering bigger coupon discount to customer to get more sale and get rating on my products but since last month i am getting below error which is really not acceptable.
Can anyone help me how to get rid of this or how to apply coupons on my all ASIN.
Error - This ASIN's current review rating of 0 is below the minimum threshold of 1. This ASIN will automatically be reactivated when the product rating passes the threshold.
Insufficient Sales History.
ASINs do not have sufficient sales history.

I'm Facing Same Issue from many month. Recently i list new product and i set coupon for that product. Within 15-20 days i got a sale for that product and very next day coupon deactivated and when i check detail it show same error as you seeing as below.

This ASIN's current review rating of 0 is below the minimum threshold of 1. This ASIN will automatically be reactivated when the product rating passes the threshold.
Insufficient Sales History
ASINs do not have sufficient sales history"
And i'm agree with you that contacting seller support team means wasting of time.
