Action required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account
HI,
On Aug 2nd, I had received a performance notification from Amazon like this:

I followed this instruction, but it doesn't work.
I clicked the links that says "Amazon North America" and "Begin Verification in North America", but then the screen transits the Account Overview page, so I couldn't submit any documents for verification.
I searched for people who struggled with same problem on Seller Forums, and find it (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/16492d1a-b25d-4a78-a19a-45a7d8a2514a).
On that page, some troubleshooting is indicated like this:
In this case, just to try some troubleshooting, please try the following:
- Check that you are NOT using Safari as your internet browser. Seller Central work properly with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Clear the Cache and Cookies of your internet browser, this information might be causing that you don't get the complete form to load to complete the reactivation process.
I followed this, cleared the cache and cookies (I've been using Chrome), but it shows the same.
What can I do to solve this problem?
I need help.
P.S. listing status in U.S. is active. I'm confused.

I understand about the situation you are experiencing with your account verification. In this case, I see that the only account that is inactive on your account is the MX store, however, the US account is active. If you consider that you would like to reactivate the MX store, you can contact the Forums MX and create a forum post there so a community manager from MX can assist you further, however, you can rest assure that there are no issues with your US account, which is currently under active listing status.
