There’s definitely something amiss at VGT2. I sent a shipment to VGT2 which is located in Las Vegas. It ended up getting redirected to Riverside, CA.

It was delivered to Riverside on July 7th with no activity since. I’m guessing the Las Vegas warehouse is backed up so they are holding my shipment at Riverside until it clears up. For me this is very disappointing since I paid double the price for the “Recommended Shipping Option” vs. the “Standard Shipment Option”.

Hello @Seller_8jLmp3Wu7Vt0h and @Seller_YOjTkE86Bey4t, I have not heard of any issues specifically related to VGT2. I will definitely ask the team if there is something going on aside from the average backlog.

VGT2 lost my shipment of a month+ ago. They just marked it closed with no notice... expected quantity 100, received quantity 0. They are in the process of screwing me out of over $1000 now. It's what they do. They do it very well.
I scurried to send another shipment as my FBA listing is out of stock, guess where they made me ship it to?

CRINGE if you are every directed to ship to VGT2. Our warehouse is in Las Vegas and VGT2 is just up the street. Took well over a month for our shipment to be delivered and received. Shipment went by way of Riverside CA just to eventually make its way back to the State of Nevada just up the street from us. And we are talking well over $8k in merchandise being significantly delayed.
Our latest shipment was tagged for VGT2 which should arrive in 1-day via UPS. It is currently in Riverside CA. I don't expect this shipment to be received for another 1.5 months.
