Frustration with Amazon's Treatment of Sellers and Brand Approval Process
I am extremely frustrated with how Amazon treats its seller partners and completely disregards our efforts. I know that the person reading this message likely doesn’t have the power or authority to change anything, as they’re just one individual in this massive company, perhaps never even having stepped foot in an Amazon office.
I have been your partner for years, paying the monthly professional plan subscription to be here. I invest and take risks by purchasing stock to send to FBA, paying all the fees and charges required of us. However, compared to many businesses, we are small and just starting out. We have limited funds to invest in the dream of selling on Amazon and growing within this massive company.
We purchased stock for a product that, for weeks if not months now, we have been trying to get approved to sell under its brand. We took out a small loan, the only one we could afford, and invested in what we believed was a good product. We followed ALL the rules you require for brand approval applications, applying over 10 times and providing every requested document—if not more than what was required.
You denied our application every single time. And now, we cannot even apply to sell the item anymore because you’ve simply blocked the listing. As a result, we are left with stock tied up with all our money invested, unable to return or sell it, and no capital left to invest in anything else.
We are deeply frustrated with how difficult it is to work with Amazon and disappointed by the lack of care for seller partners. I may be just one voice raising this concern, but I am confident I speak for thousands of sellers who are trying to work with you.

Giuliano, you are writing in the "New Seller Community", a forum for new sellers. Also, this is your first thread and we conclude that you are a NEW seller. So, don't say untruths:
Here you are NOT speking to Amazon, but to other sellers, mainly new sellers. Some "older" sellers like me have the possibility to answer.
On Amazon, anything goes very slowly and is handled in 80% of the cases by the Artificial Intelligence. The feelings you express are the feelings of EACH seller. Don't think you are alone with this!
You (and we all) have this feeling because it's the Artificial Intelligence who deal with all. Now, each seller has to invest hundreds of hours and research before taking some steps on this self service platform. I hope you did this by studying seller university in seller central.
If I understand well, you actual problem is that your brand was not approved first and now the listing is deactivated.
Copy and paste here Amazons message, maybe there is a way out.
