If Amazon says my product is a pesticide, but the EPA does not consider my product a pesticide, how would I provide EPA information about my product not being a pesticide?

The identification bot is going crazy… “polycarbonate” is a specific plastic. All my listings with this word are being tagged as insecticides…

@Quincy_Amazon our coffee listings are being erroneously identified as pesticides or pesticide devices. We're a grocery item and listings are being stranded left and right and some have even been completely removed. What could cause that? HELP :'(
