Approval Request for Silver Jewelry - Approval not received
Below is the replay received by amazon on my Silver Jewelry approval request. Even after after 2 follow-up's I've not received exact reason for the rejection.
"Thank you for your application to sell Silver Jewelry products. We have reviewed the documentation and information that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Silver Jewelry products."
Documents Provided by me are listed below
1.Submitted 10 purity certificates from the BIS authorized hallmarking center.
2. Purchase bill presented
3. Silver Hallmarking License issues by BIS authorities
I need help to understand the exact reason for rejection and are where I need to improve to get on board with Amazon

the fix is that you have to list those 10 items of which purity certificates you are providing and it will be approved easily. i faced the same issue and the employees couldnt understand what i was asking them half of the amazon employees dont know anything.
just list those 10 items and you are good to go

Is this application for a generic product or it's a specific brand for silver? Cause maybe the rejection is related to the brand authorization?
