How to make my listings NON RETURNABLE
I have been selling vehicle batteries for quite a while now, however, I didn’t see any fraud has happened but this is the first time we have encountered with this problem, and need HELP!!!
Few weeks back, I am facing a huge problem, let say, customer has ordered Product A and we the seller are receiving Product B that means we are not getting the original product that was purchased by the customer. I think Amazon should blacklist/suspend those customer’s accounts who are doing this type of Fraud.
Can someone guide me how do I set all my listings NON Refundable in order to protect from these types of frauds?

You cannot change all those on Amazon.

Returnable item is pre-set for batteries category, the only option you’ve is each time you pack a product make a recording of serial number etc, and once you get the product back do it again. I hope this way your safe-t claim will be approved.
