I am facing an issue with one of our products, we are selling it as FBM, and our product NCX rate is 10%, and we are not getting the featured offer/buybox for the last 2 weeks
Can someone please confirm me what is the reason why we are not winning the buybox, we are the only seller on this listing. Also, what is the maximum NCX rate it should be to avoid losing the buybox?
