Hi there @Seller_EjH1gBej2oKRj- thanks for surfacing this here on forums! I wanted to make sure you saw this Help page, which shares the following potential reasons this could occur:

  • "Amazon has received orders equal to your last declared inventory amount.
  • You did not provide a quantity for your products when you created them.
  • You added this product to Amazon within the past 24 hours.
  • You failed to correct errors in a recent inventory file."

Could any of these be impacting the stock here? Hopefully you've already gotten this resolved, but let me know if I can be of any assistance here in forums!
