UL4200a Passing Test Results from TUV SUD America, Rejected!? Reason Unclear.
I own and manufacture my IP/product. After being down for 3 months I received and immediately submitted my UL4200a passing results/full report from TUV SUD America (one of the largest product safety testing labs in the world). I included my GCC, all relevant product images showing all model numbers, and the warning label on the packaging as specified by the CPSC. I even got approval from the CPSC Ombudsman, Stephen Lee, and can forward his approval email.
My documents were rejected with the blanket response: "These are not the documents we require."
Can anyone help?
