I am writing to request clarification and assistance regarding my Amazon seller account. I currently have a UK Amazon account under my company, which also has sub-accounts for other marketplaces, including the U.S. (Amazon.com).

Recently, I have established a new company in the United States and would like to sell my products on Amazon.com under this entity. However, my brand, Sinaqua Waterless, is already registered under my UK account, which is causing some conflicts.

I would like to understand:

Can I use my existing UK Amazon account (which includes a U.S. sub-account) to sell my products in the U.S.?

Can I update my existing UK account’s business details to reflect my new U.S. company?

Can I send my products to Amazon FBA warehouses in the U.S. using my current account?

If needed, is it possible to open a new Amazon U.S. seller account under my U.S. company without violating Amazon's multiple account policies?

I appreciate your guidance on the best way to proceed to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. Please let me know the necessary steps to take.
