Add to cart or Buy Now option not working

the products are visible but whenever a buyer try to make purchase by add to cart or buy now option, the product isnt added. All my listing are showing active but the fee preview is also not available. Moreover, when I try to advertise products, there's an option to add products and there it shows that this product is out of stock, even if the product is in stock. Can someone explain what's the issue exactly.
