I recently observed an unauthorized change to the brand name on my listing, even though I am the brand owner and the original creator of the listing (established in November 2021). We have successfully sold several thousand items under this brand previously. However, this week, I noticed that the brand name has been altered, even though the title still accurately reflects our original brand name.

When I attempted to correct the brand name, I encountered a challenge "saying that I need approval to sell this brand".

I've initiated a case with seller support, which is currently pending. The Case ID is 13606762101.

While I haven't yet received a "counterfeit" complaint from the hijacker, I'm concerned that the hijacker might take this step soon. This isn't the first time I've faced hijackers; a group of hijackers piggybacked on another of my listings in the past, but I managed to have them removed by reporting the incident to Amazon.

I'm reaching out to request your assistance in reverting the brand name to its original state if by any chance possible.
