Big fraud happend on amazon return order
Dear Amazon Team,
I am writing to report a serious case of fraud regarding a recent return order.
The customer had ordered 15 items (Cost: 30000 INR approximately), which included pure brass, bronze, and copper products. However, the customer claimed the package was not received and a return was initiated. When we received the returned package, we were shocked to find that all our original brass, bronze, and copper items had been stolen.
Instead of our valuable items, the return package contained used steel plates, an iron tawa, and an old steel pot. This is a clear case of return fraud or tampering, and it has caused us a significant financial loss.
As a genuine seller, we are deeply concerned about how such incidents are being allowed to happen. It’s extremely discouraging and unsafe to continue selling on the platform if this type of fraud is not addressed properly.
We request Amazon to:
Investigate this matter thoroughly from your side.
Help us initiate a SAFE-T claim to recover our loss.
Take strict action prevent such incidents in the future.

i feel the customers are misusing the return facility provided by amazon. This is causing heavy loss to sellers.
Amazon needs to support their sellers as well and not just favour the end users.

same thing is happening to us. we sell silver coins . the fraudsters orders 10 pcs. makrs the packed as rejected and we gets 1 pc in return and no Safe-t claim.
So we have stopped using ATS as the courier persons are only theif. And we do FBA only

i have also had loss of 4500 customer ordered the items and returned with a broken seal and not in a resalable position. I had a huge loss from this return.

if the buyer is a fraud please block the person on the amazon platform. And next order only prepaid and then detect him money by amazon wallet... Amazon must send the notice particular fraud person and take leagal action... Support the genuine seller on this amazon platform...
