Amazon Crazy Hazmat Policy and Department Needs Fixed Catastrophic knock on effects

1. Amazon Hazmat Policy removes products they believe are Dangerous Goods but there actual policy is not to tell you they have removed them from sale. They actually told me this. This seems like financial suicide for both of us.

Dangerous Goods Department wrongly classified and just removed 22 of my top selling Asins from sale after I had spent 2 years and over $100,000 on advertising and building search rankings etc. They did this in July 2024 and to this day they still have not told me they even did it and confirm it is not the Hazmat department policy to inform me, it is my obligation to check every product every day to make sure amazon have not removed it, then I can try to address it.

I wasted 3 weeks of my vacation trying to get my products out of reserved status back on sale, I am not sure but I think they have disposed of some of my products. I initially lost about $15k now its about $25k as I am struggling to regain lost sales that I had built to 30k a month.

2. Amazon Product Shipping Placement costs means we now cannot economically send small quantities to Amazon so we wait until we can send a decent qty, 20-40 cubic ft.

I have been forced to wait longer than normal due to the loss of sales following the Hazmat Farce until we have a decent quantity to send so we can avoid these excessive uneconomical new shipment / placement charges.

3. Amazon Storage Capacity Reduction Policy Sept and Oct 2024.

Now that we have lost sales and not been able to ship product economically our Storage Capacity has been almost cut in half so now on sales of 25k which will be dropping dramatically that I cannot restock I can only send to amazon FBA 6 boxes 10x12x10" x 27lb each.

This is a problem that Amazon has created but nobody in seller support cares about, we need to be able to speak to human beings who understand what is happening because of these policies, I just struggle to understand the logic behind these decisions.

Hazmat Needs to Call sellers before devastating there accounts.

If Amazon can tell what I need after I talk about it in earshot of Alexa, why cant Amazon see that actions they have taken have affected sellers accounts or at the very least that sellers accounts have taken a sudden hit in sales and reach out to see if there is an issue.

Support is the actual worst anywhere. Think how awesome Amazon could be if we had support that worked as hard as the sellers do.

Do you have the relevant case ID where you were told this by Seller Support? I would like to investigate this topic further, and that would be a great place for me to begin. Nevertheless, I wish you the best of luck going forward!
