Ship-to address different on label than on Send to Amazon page
I have noticed a problem recently when I try to make shipments to send my inventory to Amazon FBA warehouses. I fill out the form, and then I arrive at the step where I must print my labels. On the Send to Amazon page, it'll say "Ship to Fredericksburg, VA" but when I actually print the label, it instead says Middletown, PA. This is not the only address that has changed so far. Hopewell Junction, NY, changed to Yonkers, NY. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening and if it will affect whether my shipments are received by the FC's appropriately or not?

If that is REALLY happening you have to tag a mod here. That sounds like unbelievable.
In any way, do NOT ship before that is resolved, your shipment risks to be refused.

I thought for a moment that I was having this same issue; while creating the shipment, it said shipping to RMN3 Fredericksburg, VA, but the labels printed out with Middletown, PA on them.
Once I looked closer the shipping labels say "RMN3 via UPS Middletown, Middletown, PA".
I believe these packages are just routing through a nearby UPS distribution facility. Thought I'd mention it in case yours are the same.
