Multiple selling account
Hello, I received a suspended account email and it says that I have multiple accounts. My brother and I have selling accounts but they are under different names we only used the same internet connection and the same laptop. In reality, I do not have any other account. I send them my identification card and other proofs but they want something more, is there anyone who can tell me? that what I specifically need?

Related accounts cannot sell the same products.

This is what likely caused the related account suspension, or at least is partly the cause.
As It_all_Nuts_again alluded to, are you selling the same products?

using the same laptop wont be an issue though, unless the same products are sold in linked stores...
