on going fraud to FL addresses with zipcode 33166 addresses with ". / -" ?

I started to receive a bunch of transactions to addresses like this:

one example is:

-8.3.6.6. NW 6.8.TH (hidden more for security)

Medley, FL 33166

All of them are going to the same place

Also to Miami with the same zipcode 33166

Aware, fraudsters are on the way.

until lately, we already shipped more than 10k products to these crappy people. I am pretty sure it is fraud now. Please someone from Amazon do with it.

In all likelihood, the addresses are to a freight forwarder (there are several operating in Florida); they often have some sort of code with the name -- all part of their addressing/bookkeeping.

Amazon's policy for shipping to freight forwarders is that the seller is only responsible for getting it to that destination -- the shipping address of record. After that the transaction is between the freight forwarder and the buyer.

If you wish, use Signature.

Googling just about any freight forwarder address will make them look like fraudsters -- even though there may be nothing shady at all.

Sellers leaves bad reviews based on nothing but suspicion.

Sellers leave bad reviews based on bad experience that was caused by buyer misunderstanding about freight forwarder function.

Sellers leave bad reviews based on buyer being unhappy about their purchase (perhaps something that doesn't even work in their country) and all this reflects back on the freight forwarder.

How is your company handeling this? Are you cancelling these orders or sending them anyway? Our Amazon rep told us to cancel them which I was nervous about but she said it was better to cancel than lose money. (?) I've cancelled 4 of these orders and our account is at risk of deactivation now. I've tried creating case's but I'm getting no where and Amazon is being extremely unhelpful.
