UPS Lost My Pakage I am FBM saller
Please look into the status of my package, which was picked up by UPS on Jan 28 and Feb 1. It was shipped from my warehouse. There has not been a tracking update since then. Please let me know where it’s at and what I need to do to get this resolved. Also, I’d like to get a refund for the product label and the cost of the product.

If you are FBM then you are asking about a package going to the buyer right?
You will not be eligible for label refund -- that only applies for a label that was never used.
Amazon is not going to help in this matter. They will direct you to UPS. Who will direct you back to Amazon since they are the account holder.
Unless you have your own UPS account tied into Amazon buy-shipping?

Please note if the UPS label was something that you have purchased outside of Amazon, you will need to work with UPS directly.
