Customer Service is not trained to HELP

FYI, today for first time Customer Service admitted they are not trained to help FBA related, can some MOD explained this , Amazon this giant multibillion company don't have Customer Service to HELP, really ?

I'm not a mod, but Customer Service is to help CUSTOMERS. You are a seller. Anyone who sells FBA or FBM is a SELLER, not a CUSTOMER. If you need seller support, contact Seller Support, not Customer Support (Service).

If you have contacted Amazon retail customer support then this support is intended for Amazon buyers, and not Sellers. I would recommend that you get in touch with Seller Support for help with your FBA issue. You can feel free to share your case ID in this thread for additional input and review.
