Authorization letter from manufacturer

Hi, I've received an authorization letter from a German manufacturer of pop culture products, 'Itemlab,' which creates and produces various licensed merchandise from video games. I wanted to get your opinions – is this sufficient for Amazon, or do I also need the approval from each individual license holder or at least from one?

There is some clarification needed for us to be able to provide additional guidance. Are you attempting to address a violation? Are they requesting a letter of authorization or an invoice? If they are requesting an invoice, this cannot be something you go out and acquire. They are likely looking for an invoice that shows the sourcing for a specific product. Did you receive any kind of performance notification?

To complete this, you will want to provide an invoice that meets the requirements provided in the request. In terms of anything additional that might be requested, we would recommend checking out this page on responsible sourcing.

Once you have your documents ready, submit them through the account health page. Our team will still need to review the documentation you have for the future inventory you will be selling. If everything is verified, then you should see the resolution of your issues.

You are trying to reactivate an account that has been suspended since 2017 for selling UNAUTHORIZED products.

Presenting any NEW invoices for different products has NO bearing on the suspension reason.

You would need to get proof that you were authorized SIX YEARS AGO to fix this.
