Many Fake customers on Amazon
Many fake customers are available here on amazon. They order the products with very strange addresses.. like overhead water tank, hp gas agency, badet school ke paas etc. They get the product and keep it with them without even caring about returning the product.
Amazaon seller support is the worst support. They dont take any action and in reply to this amazon immediately gives full refund to the customer and doesnt even care to listen to the seller. Their customer care support is ill behaved and harass the seller.
With me conditions got worst within a month or so only.

Many Fake orders in Amazon, Completely different products Returned.
I wonder why pickup person never verify if the product returned is as per the image of the product.
We end up in loss for all the packaging, shipping etc

Exactly.. Fake customer just order for use a small time & return products.. Amazon must be handle these cases.. Who's responsible for damage or losses.. Amazon have to make a condition planning for buyers.. As returning products will case sensitive.. After a long enquiry and check out then return.. If a customer returning products again and again Amazon have block them..

I completely agree, and Amazon should offer a better solution. Instead of just issuing refunds, they should provide replacements when possible. This would encourage only genuine and honest buyers to stay on the platform.
It’s also a serious concern that some of our competitors' friends or family buy our products just to leave negative reviews. From the language used in some of these reviews, it's clear they are forced or deliberately targeting specific points. Amazon should investigate such cases properly.
Another issue is that even people who haven’t actually purchased the product are allowed to leave reviews. I have personally received a 1-star review from someone who never bought my product the review included harsh language and false claims. As a seller, it’s heartbreaking. We work very hard, pay high fees, and do our best to build a strong brand. But anyone , even non-buyers can damage our reputation with one unfair review.
I sincerely hope Amazon looks into this more seriously and takes steps to protect genuine sellers.
