Do I need a letter of authorize for product list with Generic? or Is there a chance that the account will be reviewed?

I have a question for a letter of authorize. I have reactivate account 2 times about list product with brand and amazon need a letter of authorization but I have it and can proof I have authorize seller. My question is If I list product in brand Generic. Is there a chance that the account will be reviewed? Because last review use time around 1 month and I am lost opportunity to sell when I have all the require documents.

Short answer is No. You can not create a listing for a branded product uusing Generic as an attempt to get around approval for selling that branded product. I understand you have the approval but creating a duplicate listing with different information violates not only Amazon policy but violates the brands intellectual property rights which is against the law.

Also, to answer your question. No, you do not need any LOA to sell a generic item. If it is a generic item that means it has no brand and there wouldn't be any one to get a LOA from. You would first have to get an exemption for the ucp/upn for the listing because the generic item wouldn't have that. If the item does have that then what you are asking is how to sell an item that is not Authentic.
