Good evening all Amazon dear sellers can you please show me the solution to my problem the pickup hub we are dealing with is very faulty a huge scam is going on why are they stealing the packing and sending the wrong products to the customer which are not working due to this my wife's account has been deactivated it has not been activated yet this is my account now they are sending the wrong products to my account how many times have I complained to seller support about this it is useless it is a waste department there are only two or three skilled persons in it another problem is that they are lifting the phone and putting it aside there is no answer from them and if we contact them our valuable time is lost for a while all this is ok how can I take action on the hub and they do not lift the phone and rude answer. CTL and area manager do not respond at all they are living with the money we give them so why are they looking down on us? Is there no solution to this? Can't we stop these people?
