Fulfillment issue due to the absence of MRP on product label
Hello Support Team,
My relationship manager has advised me that my FBA shipment cannot be fulfilled since there is no MRP mentioned on the product. FYI, my product is a chopping board.
I have been informed that the MRP should be mentioned below the bar code. I wasn't aware of this and I am wondering why the SKU labels printed through the 'Send to Amazon' module does not print MRP by defalut if this is a requirement.
The relationship manager has advised that I should place a removal order which will take 7 to 14 days for my products to reach back to me. On my insistence she is checking if I can pickup the removal order on my own but I am aghast that you are putting a new seller through so much hassle without accurate information.
Can you please look into this?

You just have to stick mrp label on product to complience with the mrp law. it Takes Time To return to your place

Amazon will ship them for you, they charge 10 rupees per unit I think.
You will find this option in inventory -> Remove Unfulfillable Inventory
Although Amazon will auto-ship them after certain time.
I know this is a loss but it is a rule you cannot do anything.
I advise rather than using an Amazon-created label, create your label. If you have bartender software you can add all essential requirements to it including SKU, title, fnsku, mrp
You can add your brand name and QR code as well.
