Negative Feedback Not Removed for Product Reviews
Hey guys,
Has anyone had troubles having negative seller feedback removed because the feedback left was a product review? Its been awhile but anytime a customer left a review as seller feedback I was able to get it easily removed by creating a case. However recently I have tried this just like I had quite awhile ago and Amazon will not remove it. It still shows that is one of the reasons they would remove it so curious if its changed or if anyone else has had the same problem. Thanks!

Is the entire feedback a product review? Or, does it mix feedback with a product review?

Would you mind posting the the review? I'm curious to see what happens. I just had the same issue & was told that it couldn't be removed even though it seems obvious that it's a product review. This was the feedback "I’m a seasoned command hook user, I love command hooks. These are either counterfeit or the adhesive has been changed, because they don’t stick to the frames or the wall. These were useless."
