customer scams and amazon does nothing!!!!
order id: 402-1887405-9515561. for some reason amazon gives our customers " refund on first scan" or "returnless refund", when we have no opportunity to check if the customer has actually sent our product back or just some random object from their house, have been noticing this very regularly now and amazon needs to do something about it. our products are not cheep to make and constant loses really hurt our business. This order id refund got accepted by amazon when the customer wrote "hare krishna" and was 8 units ordered, WE NEED TO CHECK THE CONDITION FIRST, but amazon refunded them anyway.....
amazon team please do something to protect or atleast fairly reimburse your sellers against customer fraud, which is very regular thing in india, this customers was ordering from a temple, even the people in the temple scam. pair this up with absolutely no seller protection and it is really making selling challenging. please fix these things. maybe take a page out of the new ecom platforms like blinkit etc. much better seller protection

Could you share more details about the shipping method for this order?
Also, have you reviewed the "Things to consider before issuing a refund" help page? It outlines some instances when a refund can be granted.
