The orders 402-4533451-8251547 & 402-8986374-4769917 were "Cash on Delivery" orders, same customer same address 1 month gap. The customer called and stated the " Product is not received "and took REFUND for the Money he did not pay. I do not understand, Amazon got the money from "Non-Customer" and refunded it to a Customer "who never paid". IS AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE DUMB OR WHAT??? To add to pain seller support has just refund Rs 90 for a Rs 445 product. For the second order also they are saying we will do the same. Amazon is a loss making platform riddled by its own policies and useless support system .
