How to you get a human to answer a KYC issue
I have been asked to send documents in for verification and so far have sent:
VAT Certificate, Tax Summary, National Insurance Number Letter, Business Invoices with this address shown, Driving license, Bank Statements (Personal, and Business account)
and I still keep getting sent the same standard email from KYC which directs me to a page that doesnt list what documents they will accept.
I have begged them to just tell me what document they need or which of the above documents are wrong and why so I can address issue.
I work from home so don't have utilities in the business name.
How can I get someone to give me a straight answer!

There are probably hundreds of us going through this at the moment - see this thread - it is now a very long read,, with almost 18K posts, and also the pinned notice at the top of the discussions page.

You'll not get a straight answer form Amazon, but there are now MPs involved, newspapers etc as many sellers have tens of thousands of £ being held by Amazon.. You will need to send the documents they want, and then just be patient as they keep asking for th same ones over and over.
