Can't submit product, keeps returning to drafts section
Hi,
I've tried to contact amazon directly and have got not help whatsoever on both the phone lines and email comms.
I'm trying to add a generic product that isn't sold on amazon and that has no product ID. I've got a GTIN exemption for the category that the product is in but whenever I press "save and submit" it tells me "thanks for submitting changes" or whatever the message says, though when I check the "complete drafts" section it goes back there and once again when i click on it to see the issue, it tells me i'm missing a product ID.
It's like it's not saving when I press submit.
