Product complaince requirements
Amazon , Have Blocked our hot selling product stating product compliance requirement
we have our own brand with brand registry ,
they have asked for :
1.) Product packaging and label image
2.)A Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab
3.) Certificate of Analysis
I Have Submitted
1.) label images along with product packagaing
2.) certificate of analysis by third party labe
2a.) lab's iso17025 accredition certififcate
3.) Manufacturer's certificate of analysis
Our Appeal Have Been rejecting stated following reason :
"Reason
There are multiple reasons for the rejection; i.e. one document is missing and the other is non-compliant, or multiple documents are non-compliant."
can any member or mods @Jameson_Amazon please shed some light on this ?
i called up seller supports they says we cannot help on this
at least amazon's support team should have courtesy to tell the exact reason for non compliance or rejection , however i am sure on my part all the documents are suffice , still seller support is in denial
